i just visited the outlet at waterway point with more than 10 mins to the stated closing time and when i rushed and reached there, the manager and the cashier can still very rudely tell me that only one item is available. then what’s the point of stating the closing time if nothing is available. they make people rush after work in the hopes of being able to at least buy a meal for themselves and turns out nothing is available. they are all so eager to close the store that while orders are still coming in the staff are busy mopping the dirty floors and using the same hands to handle the produce. how is this sanitary or hygienic? just to go back a little early? the waterway point outlet has completely made jollibee as a whole look like a dirty and cheap establishment. do better.
